  I have paid for the Pro version, so when can I get my Serial Number?

  If I lost the serial number, what should I do?
  If you lost your serial number, please do not worry and you can contact us to request your original SN. By offering us your detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc. to support@systemoptimizeexpert.com, you can get your serial number back once your request information is confirmed.
  
  What if I have paid for the program, but still not received the serial number?
  Hopefully you've received the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our Auto Reply Email System within several minutes after your payment. In case you haven't got it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder.   What if I want to use the Pro version on another computer?
  Please note that one SN could be only used on one computer at the same time. If you want to use it on the second computer, I'm afraid that you should buy a new SN or uninstall the program from the current computer then install it on a new PC and activate it using your SN.

  General Questions

  What is the registry?
  The registry is the central hierarchical database used in Microsoft Windows operating systems to store information necessary to configure the system for one or more users, applications and hardware devices.
  It contains settings for low-level operating system components as well as the applications running on the platform: the kernel, device drivers, services, SAM, user interface and third party applications all make use of the registry. The registry also provides a means to access counters for profiling system performance.
  
  Why should I clean the registry?
  Every time you install an application, new registry entries will be created. These entries should automatically be deleted when you uninstall the application. However, you will find that some applications fail to remove their own registry entries. These entries then become obsolete, which burden the Windows Registry over time. This invalid data accumulate in the Registry, slowing Windows down, crashing PC from time to time and so on. Thus, it is strongly recommended that you periodically clean your Windows registry so as to keep your computer in peak performance.
  

  Technical Troubleshooting

  I have activated the Automated Scan & Sweep, but when the time comes, System Optimize Expert fails to work. What should I do?
  Firstly, you should make sure that you have already activated the functions of Automated Scan & Sweep successfully. Secondly, you should launch the System Optimize Expert program. If you don't launch System Optimize Expert, it cannot work for the Registry Scan and Sweep.
  
  Will System Optimize Expert backup my registry before I choose to cure?
  When you cure the discovered errors, a backup file will be created automatically and instantly (This process is fast because it only backs up those registry entries that will be changed.). Click restore button in the top right corner, a restore center can help you reclaim the data deleted. So, it is 100% safe and reliable to use.
  
  Why the scanning didn't find any error?
  It appears that the program hasn't been exited properly before downloading and installing the update. You can uninstall and then re-install System Optimize Expert.
